This experience in which he has participated is based on work with Guatemalan indigenous communities, which do not have access to quality health services and turn to international aid services to obtain free and dignified treatment. Although Joshua does not have a degree in the field of medicine, his work has focused on being an interpreter for the responsible doctors, who give the indications and processes of medical procedures, with the inhabitants of said communities, which makes his learning of the language be one of the most important tools in the process of accompanying and developing the program.
