B. Spanish course and volunteering: (EV)

Description:
Our volunteer projects allow volunteers to help in key areas such as education, food security, housing improvement, and environmental stewardship. These projects are designed to benefit underserved communities and are funded through the support of businesses, NGOs, and other committed partners. In addition to creating a lasting social impact, volunteering offers the opportunity to practice Spanish, immerse yourself in the local culture, and develop personal and professional skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Generally, a typical development schedule for the chosen project can be seen in the following: table
Includes:
- Volunteering in the chosen project.
- Spanish classes 20 hours per week at a time that is mutually agreed upon and allows for the completion of the volunteer project.
- Cultural activities, cooking and dance classes as long as the time required by the volunteer project allows.

- There is a daily cultural activity from Monday to Friday. In the afternoons there are daily cultural activities. - Theoretical sessions carried out under the PADI self-motivation methodology. Classes are preferably taught in Spanish, but if your level of Spanish is not sufficient to understand, classes will be taught in English.
- Practice sessions in a pool, each session lasting two hours approx.
- All the necessary equipment to practice diving

If you want the peace of mind of having everything organized with a driver waiting for you, without having to search for transportation, we offer airport transfers with a pre-arranged driver. The price is a fixed fee that includes service planning, waiting time at the airport in case of delays, flight tracking, and direct transport to your destination.
However, if you decide to take an official taxi, they are safe and a little cheaper.

It is very important that you keep a copy of the transfer and that you notify us as soon as you have made it. We may require that you send us the copy of the transfer, if necessary.
B) Direct payments using your credit card:
Paying by credit card you will pay a little more than the amount on the price list, since your bank might use a higher exchange rate than the Representative Exchange Rate (TRM), which is the exchange rate of the US dollar. that we use to calculate how many pesos will be charged to your credit card.
Nueva Lengua you cannot say how much you will overpay as this depends on the country and the bank issuing the card. The surcharge can be up to 5% above the cost of your course. You must provide us with information about your card by fax or online.
Refund Policies - Nueva Lengua
The registration fee and the family search fee will not be refundable in any case.
To apply for a refund, the student or agent must send a request letter for the same.
In this policy, the word “program” refers to the full cycle of classes and housing for which the student has registered.
1. Effective before the program start date
1.1 If a student cancels their course 30 days or more before the start date of their course, all the money they paid for their program will be refunded, except the value of the tuition and the family search fee.
1.2 If a student cancels their course less than 30 days from the course start date, the school will retain 25% of the value of the program and the excess will be refunded, except the value of tuition and the family search fee.
1.3 If a student cancels less than 7 days before the start of the course, the school will retain 30% of the value paid for the program, or the sum of 200 US dollars (whichever value is less for the student).
1.4 All the cost of the program, except the tuition fee and the family search fee, will be reimbursed if the visa is not granted to the student.
2. Effective after the program start date
2.1 If a student cancels (or withdraws) within 6 calendar days of the program start date or during 10% of the time period for which they have registered, the school will refund 60% of the value paid for the program, except the tuition fee and the family search fee.
2.2 If a student cancels (or withdraws) and has completed less than 30% of the program, the school will refund 30% of the value paid for the program, except for the tuition and the family search fee.
2.3 No refund will be made when the student has taken 30% or more of their program.
3 accommodation
3.1 If accommodation is canceled after a student has arrived, the student must pay for that week's accommodation. One week of notification is required to make the cancellation of the accommodation effective.
3.2 If a student requests a change of accommodation, a second accommodation search fee may be charged.
3.3 If a student decides to leave the accommodation that the school has arranged and the student wants a refund, this will be possible and will be granted according to the number of remaining weeks that the student has paid for and not used. This will be done as long as the student has notified this one week in advance.
3.4 Refunds for this concept will be given 15 days after the student's departure from the homestay.
