In accordance with the provisions of said Law, all persons must prevent, block, combat and report the exploitation, accommodation, use, publication, dissemination of images, texts, documents, audiovisual files, improper use of global information networks, or the establishment of telematic links of any kind related to pornographic material or allusive to sexual activities of minors. Failure to comply with the foregoing could generate criminal and / or administrative liability.

Policy for the prevention of child sexual exploitation. In this case, the agency's employees must avoid selling the tourist plan to the person at all costs. For no reason the employees, suppliers, guides and operators may promote or offer tourist packages, sites, images, texts, advertising, video, or any means in which sexual activities with minors are shown. Constantly train and sensitize employees, suppliers, clients, guides and external agencies.

The CODE OF CONDUCT TO PREVENT AND AVOID THE USE AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF BOYS, GIRLS AND ADOLESCENTS IN TOURIST ACTIVITY is established, which is disclosed and signed by the employees, guides and operators. We know and accept the Code of Conduct that we have signed in compliance with Law 679 of 2001, and we renew our commitment to fully comply with the mandates established therein.

We declare our willingness to work together with public authorities, international organizations, NGOs and among ourselves, in the construction and implementation of the strategy “Bogotá against the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Boys, Girls and Adolescents in viajes y turismo 2009-2011”, aimed at strengthening the prevention and control measures necessary for the eradication of this scourge. We will promote spaces for reflection and training on this topic among our employees and collaborators.
