In the center of Medellín, there is a park that offers various tourist attractions for students who visit the headquarters of Nueva Lengua in the eternal spring. Berrío Park is a place where hundreds of tourists and thousands of citizens gather daily. This site is traditional in terms of tourist visits, since in its extension there are the Plaza de las Esculturas, the Rafael Uribe Uribe Palace of Culture and the Antioquia Museum, among others.

Colossal bronze statues elegantly decorate the surroundings of the Museum of Antioquia, located in one of the most emblematic and traditional places in Medellín: Parque Berrío, unique in the city and in the world.

This open-air space is made up of 23 sculptures by the master Fernando Botero, donated to the city in 2002. They became the perfect pretext to inaugurate the Plaza de las Esculturas in Medellín, known as Plaza Botero de Medellín. Here, bronze sculptures vividly express the sensitivity that Maestro Botero wanted to convey through the volume of his works.

Likewise, a must-see when exploring Medellín is the artistic tour of the Museum of Antioquia. In addition to its collection of more than 100 works by Maestro Botero, the museum has 17 permanent exhibition rooms that exhibit pre-Hispanic, Republican and modern art. The Rafael Uribe Uribe Palace of Culture, for its part, houses corridors, halls and rooms that stand out for their architectural and artistic beauty. These spaces witnessed the most significant events in the department of Antioquia and serve as centers of important artistic activities, such as departmental art rooms, teaching rooms, and collective and individual exhibitions.
