Colombia
After a good week I traveled from south to north: Bogotá, Armenia, Medellín, Guatape, Rionegro and finally I arrived in Cartagena, where I took Spanish classes for 3 weeks with Nueva Lengua. I have had Spanish classes in other countries before, but here the groups are small and the classes more intensive.
My first teacher Jorge was great, we had a lot of fun and learned a lot.
My second and third week I had lessons from Leidy and she is a wonderful person! I am also a teacher and she teaches just like me.
And it immediately senses your weaknesses and hits you in a very positive way. She is sweet and concerned. I miss her already!
Also, Cartagena is fantastic in the second week really I felt at home. He no longer needed a map and walked as if he lived. The activities at the school are so much fun, I even organized the boat trip once. The people who work there are really fantastic and super sociable :)))
There is a lot to see around Cartagena, I advise everyone to go to Playa Blanca and spend the night there. Santa Marta and Tayrona Park they are fun to do. The lost city track seems to be great.
I would have loved to stay and if I didn't have a friend at home I definitely would have stayed!
Enjoy Cartagena and above all feel at home!!!!
Love,
Sermin
