The first time I came to Bogotá was because I had the opportunity to do an internship here at a friendly company. Before I came here, I thought it was dangerous here, but once I got here, my mind immediately changed. Bogotá is a beautiful city with many different things to do and experience. In the Netherlands I like to go out and Bogota is perfect for going out here it is one of the best I have been to and while going out I met a lot of new people who I still keep in touch with. I recommend traveling as much as you can while you are here, I did not do much because I had obligations in Bogotá, but the times I traveled I loved it.

Definitely I recommend going to Nueva Lengua to learn Spanish because it's so much fun when you're here in the city. The teachers here at the school are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are always there for you if you have a problem with anything. They are also ready to have a drink with you after school or at a party on the weekend. School activities are perfect for getting to know other people from school and are also fun to do. They have activities such as visiting museums, cycling through the old town or playing a soccer game.

I have enjoyed every moment of the 9 months I have been here and I hope everyone who comes here enjoys it as much as I do.
