I started classes at the school at the beginning of April 2015 after spending some time in the country. I was in Bogotá because I wanted to take a gap year between finishing high school and starting university, and since my mother was in the country for professional reasons, everything went perfectly.

Never had have Spanish classes in my life before and never had to use it before. So, as a total beginner, I started my Spanish experiences at the school in Bogota. I was amazed at how quickly I could express myself in the language and how well I could follow the lessons. The teachers were all very patient with the students and tried to respond to each individual. Since there were never more than eight students in the same class, that went without any problems. All the teachers were very friendly and did an excellent job of conveying their topics. When I missed some days for various reasons, the missed days were credited to me as normal. All activities are superbly planned and there is something for everyone.

The city itself is too big for my taste, but what do you expect with nine million inhabitants? However, there is always something to see and the nightlife is lively on weekends and during the week.

So far I have more than enjoyed my time in the "Nueva Lengua" in Bogotá and I will be taking lessons in that school for a few more weeks.

In short, attending this Language School It is worth every dollar and I would recommend the school to anyone who is in Bogotá and thinking of taking Spanish classes.
