My name is Alex and i´m 22 years old from holland. In december i started with my traveling in Medellin Colombia where i also started with my lessons spanish. In the very beginning from my time i didn´t speak any word of spanish but after 3 months i can have conversations with the local people. The whole time i stayed in Medellin where i had a super time, the school is a very nice surrounding what feels like a home and the lessons are very good. The school also oftered a lot of activities whereby you have a good impression of the great city Medellin. The activities that i did where horseriding, dancingclass on the rooftop in the Commune 13 and many more. Also its really important that you learn the culture of Colombia that means 1 hour dance classes and 1-2 hours cooking classes every week. The school also offer host families The school also offert host families where you can give your spanish a boost, the familie where i stayed was like my real familie. Every day i went with the bus to school and it was only 30-40 minutes traveling but it real worth. My 3 months in medellin where really great and I learned a lot of Spanish and salsa.
I recommend you to go to Medellin because its a great city and i fell in love with the city Medellin and the people.
