This is because Colombian Spanish is more fluent and has the advantage of being able to communicate better with each other than with other Spanish-speaking countries. Chile, for example, also speaks Spanish. The Spanish also say that Chilean Spanish is too fast and has a lot of dialect, so it is difficult to communicate with each other. I listened to it while it was easy. Therefore, for first-time Spanish speakers like me, I think it is efficient to start learning Spanish in Colombia for the first time.

2) Cost (cost of living). Of course, most South American countries are cheaper than Europe or other countries, but for foreigners, especially Koreans, this place is cheap and suits Korean taste. Because the price is low, the burden of studying for a long period of time is low.

3) Circumstances. Unlike other countries in Europe, Colombia basically does not discriminate against foreigners or feel excluded, and in particular, there are no inconveniences in general life due to a good perception of Korea. Of course, there is a security issue, but if you don't go out to dangerous places at night, it's not that dangerous.

4) Potential. Colombia has excellent future growth potential and potential in terms of size, population, natural resources, cheap labor, and tourist culture. Although it is a personal matter, I believe that the marketability of future travel-related business is limitless.
In particular, the natural scenery and culture that distinguishes Asia and other European countries, carnivals and festivals that cannot be seen anywhere else seem very attractive to Asian countries. The relatively low prices are also very attractive.

Of course, the issue of security is a problem that needs to be resolved, but since it is a common problem in other South American countries, I think it is a very good opportunity to study Spanish in Colombia from a very Korean point of view and understand and enjoy Spanish culture, especially South American culture, beyond that.
