It's vacation time and you find yourself facing big questions. Where will I go? What will I do? How can I get the best out of this vacation? for the brazilian Claudia Lisbon, the answers to these questions was Colombia and the school Nueva Lengua.

Claudia came to Cartagena and fell in love with its colorful colonial streets. She headed to her Spanish school Nueva lengua and had from the first moment a bright smile. When I asked “Why did you choose Colombia to to learn Spanish?” Her response was clear to her: "I just came from a dreamlike paradise island..." Claudia was referring to San Andres.

In San Andrés, Claudia loved the aquarium. A beautiful beach that owes its name to the various fish and coral that make its waters a crystalline rainbow. At Rocky Cay, she felt like she could walk on water. In that natural wonder, the depth of the water is

close to one meter and allows you to appreciate the seabed in a special way.

And then Claudia continued with her answer “…and now I am in a school learning Spanish in the heart of a historic and beautiful city.” After class, she walks the endless little streets of Cartagena, discovers cozy places and practices Spanish while she gets to know her classmates and natives. At the end of each day, she goes to the walls that surround the city to watch the sunset reflect in the waters of the Colombian Caribbean.

Finally, Claudia said to finish: "And then I will be in a city famous for its innovations and its spring climate, tell me, what more diversity can you ask for?" Claudia was talking about Medellín, her next destination. In Claudia Lisboa's case, coming to Colombia was not a difficult decision.
