Delia Scattina is a girl from Switzerland who came to study spanish in colombia because he considers it necessary for his work. Delia is a receptionist at a hotel and says that mastering Spanish will help her a lot in her occupation since sometimes she has to speak with Spanish speakers and some of them do not speak English or another language and that is why Spanish is a very necessary tool . On the other hand, Delia will take a hotel course and she comments that Spanish will also be useful for that.

It is the first time that Delia has studied Spanish in a school and as mentioned before, the fact that she was with Colombians while she lived in Montreal helped her a lot to master many things about the language and that is why her learning process at school has been very well, and she hopes to be fluent in all aspects of Spanish by the end of her course, but until that happens, she will continue to explore the country. So far she hasn't done much in Cartagena she has only gone to the Rosario Islands, Isla Barú and the Historic Center, but she is planning to visit other places in the city and when she finishes her course she will go to Bogota, Medellin and Cartagena.
