In the world, coffee is known as an "elixir", a natural stimulant and energizer that motivates us to carry out our daily activities. Some even think that any activity that is done should be accompanied by a coffee (or as we say in Bogotá, Colombia, a tintic) for example, reading a book, a meeting with friends or colleagues at work, even a drink to start our mornings at one hundred percent.

Colombia, a country located in the northern part of South America, is recognized for producing one of the most intense coffees, in other words, a strong flavor, and a unique aroma that is "easy" to recognize. Hence, Colombian coffee is in the 5th place of the best coffees in the world.

At school Nueva Lengua you have the opportunity to taste the variety of flavors and aromas that a cup of Colombian coffee can have. In this sense, you can be part of a magical experience: the coffee tasting, an activity designed with a great purpose: come to Colombia to learn a new language, in this case Latin American Spanish, or practice it while you learn about the history and the process production of Colombian coffee.

In previous experiences, students from France, the United States, Brazil and Germany at our headquarters in Bogotá, Colombia, were able to appreciate and taste three different types of Colombian coffees with captivating blends of flavors: a first coffee of a mild intensity (a coffee grown in the department of Huila, Colombia), a second coffee of medium intensity with a mixture of Jack Daniel (also grown in the south of the department of Huila) and a third coffee with greater intensity of flavor and texture.

Our students were also able to learn about the history and the process of growing and making coffee in Colombia.

If you want to know more about its history and, especially, its flavor: what are you waiting for to come? ¡come to our school Nueva Lengua, Learn Spanish and meet a new culture!
