An ideal Spanish school for the exchange of knowledge

Through the doors of Nueva Lengua Numerous people pass through, students from different countries and speakers of different languages. This diversity enriches our educational processes every day, allowing us to learn from the varied cultural contexts present in the world. At our school, we consider our students to be the most important thing; We are interested in knowing their lifestyle, the reasons that drive them to learn Spanish, their family ties and their personal interests.

A clear example of this connection between cultures is Sandra Hunt (affectionately known as Sandy), a resident of the United States who participated in an intensive Spanish course in Nueva Lengua During two weeks. Her main motivation to learn Spanish lies in the possibility of communicating with her son's family. His son's wife is Colombian and has limited English proficiency. In addition, Sandy seeks to teach her grandchildren her mother's language, thus fostering an environment in which they can grow up and coexist equally between English and Spanish.

Previously, Sandy held the role of an English as a Second Language teacher in schools for students from different countries and cultures. This experience generated a valuable exchange of knowledge between teachers of Nueva Lengua and Sandy. Her willingness to share her work experiences when acquiring new knowledge about Spanish led to the classes being developed in a more anecdotal way. This, in turn, stimulated their classmates to engage in rich discussions based on life experiences.

En Nueva Lengua, we seek not only to impart linguistic knowledge, but also to create an environment in which cultural exchange and personal experiences become fundamental elements of our educational process.
