Tuition Refund Policy – Nueva Lengua 1.3 If a student cancels within 7 days of the contract signing, the school will retain 30% of the tuition fees or USD 200, whichever is less, and refund the difference to the student. 1.4 All fees, except The registration fee and the homestay placement fee, will be refunded if the student is not granted a visa. 2.2 If a student cancels (or is dismissed) within 30% of the programme time period, the school will refund 30% of all tuition fees paid under the contract. 2.3 No refund will be paid if a student cancels (or is dismissed) when 30% or more of the programme has been completed. 3.1 If accommodation is cancelled after a student has arrived at the accommodation, one week’s notice must be given, or one-week accommodation charge paid. 3.2 If a student requests to change accommodation an additional accommodation finding fee may be charged. 3.3 If a student decides to leave accommodation the school has arranged and wants money he or she has paid to the school refunded, this will be possible for those weeks remaining so long as at least one week’s notice is given. 3.4 Refunds will be given 15 days after departure from accommodation. |
